Released in 2015, 'Polaris' marked a quiet shift for TesseracT: their third album, their first with Kscope & the return of original vocalist, Daniel Tompkins. His presence brought focus. Instead of chasing scale, the band explored contrast: dense grooves set against clean vocals, sharp turns softened by space & melody.
Tracks like "Tourniquet" & "Phoenix" ease into motion, while "Messenger" hits harder but with restraint. 'Polaris' builds tension not by force, but by control.
