More than a quarter of a century after their formation, Tenniscoats (Saya and Takashi Ueno) continue to move forward without fear of trial and error. Since the establishment of the streaming site Minna Kikeru in 2020, which they manage themselves, they have been developing their activities with a greater degree of freedom, unbound by formats or precise plans. “Chippi Tuyoppi” is a fresh and dynamic work, with production and songwriting that naturally reflects their recent listening experiences, which have been stimulated by their active exposure to current music scene.
