Another Country is so natural, so extraordinary. I’m in love the words and melodies. It's almost beat-less - it’s the rhythm of a hillside or a bridge or a field. I love how low-key and confident it is, the world of Karina Gill and her colleagues. They’re from San Francisco, they’ve been around, they’re back - one of the greatest post-Velvets 3rd groups of all time. The press release mentions the poetry of private vistas, eavesdropped dramas and confusing winds. I’m in. I'm going to play this 100 times, maybe 1000. I will push my colleagues to the limit.
