A mix that reflects on the promise of the road, and the inherent sadness of it. Forgotten slowcore, desert blues and post-rock of the 00s, interspersed with unreleased material and road movie dialogue that drifts through like a half-remembered memory.
A grief for the hollowness of the American myth, but a kind of love for the idea of it.
