This is a pretty bold comeback from the great KC. Set to a frenetic barrage of modular synths, drums and what sounds like pitch shifted vocals, Susie Mullen is almost happy hardcore in tempo, it’s a banger. Walter De La Nightmare is gorgeous and rich, with Kenny’s lilting vocals gliding through what sounds like an instant KC classic. His first new music since 2016, so good to have him back.
